Rotary Cappers
Zalkin’s rotary cappers are built for high-volume production environments, capable of applying closures at speeds of up to 60,000 bottles per hour. Available with 3 to 24 capping heads and pitch circle diameters ranging from 300 to 720 mm, they can handle roll-on aluminium, screw-on, push-in and snap-on closures across a wide range of container types. They are trusted globally across food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and personal care industries for their speed, precision and durability.
Rinsing
We offer a comprehensive range of blowers, rinsers and sterilisers, designed to clean the inside of glass and PET bottles. Our machines are of the utmost quality, available in both mechanical and tronic® configurations. Our rinsers come in two types; fixed or mobile nozzle and can either have single phase or double phase treatments using liquids or air.
Single-Head Cappers
Zalkin single-head cappers are designed for low to mid-speed production lines, operating at speeds ranging from 600 to 3,500 caps per hour depending on the model and closure type. Available in both semi-automatic and fully automatic configurations, they handle roll-on, screw-on, push-in and snap-on applications across glass, PET and aluminium containers. Models include the TM3, TM135 and TM300, giving producers a flexible, reliable option without the footprint of a full rotary system.
Filling
We provide a complete range of low vacuum, gravity or counter pressure fillers for products such as still and sparkling wines, spirits, liqueurs, water, juices and soft drinks.
Our unique filling technology ensures accurate and repeatable fill levels. Careful handling of the product throughout the filling process, ensures product integrity, combined with minimal maintenance.
Inline Cappers
Zalkin’s inline capping offering is delivered through their Beltorque brand, providing continuous-motion capping at speeds of up to 300 cpm. The inline design makes these machines well suited to production lines where space is limited or where a simpler integration is required. They feature an integrated cap feeder, fast line clearance and are built to Good Automated Manufacturing Practices (GAMP) standards, making them a popular choice in pharmaceutical and personal care applications.
Free Standing Cappers
Zalkin freestanding cappers cover the full range of closure types and container formats, operating independently from the filling machine rather than being integrated into a monobloc system. The range spans single-head and rotary configurations, giving producers flexibility across low, mid and high-speed applications. Built from stainless steel and engineered for demanding production environments, they are designed to deliver consistent, repeatable capping performance with minimal downtime.
C.I.P.
Our clean in place system (C.I.P.), offers an automated and efficient method for cleaning. Automatic C.I.P. flushes a limited number of valves at one time to allow for a higher pressure clean internally and externally without relying on dummy bottles. MBF’s patented C.I.P. system is fully automated and ensures sanitisation of all circuits and eliminates the need for supervision by the operator, whilst reducing waste.
Bloc Capping Turrets
Zalkin is a recognised global leader in bloc capping turrets, which are designed to mount directly onto a monobloc filler rather than operating as a standalone machine. Turrets can be configured with 3 to 48 capping heads and are available in pitch circle diameters of up to 2,000 mm, reaching speeds of up to 1,500 cpm for screw-on applications. Compatible with all major filler manufacturers including Krones, KHS, Sidel and Sacmi, they handle roll-on, screw-on, push-in and snap-on closures across beverage, food, spirits and pharmaceutical lines.
Cap Treatment
Zalkin’s cap treatment systems are designed to protect the integrity of closures before they are applied to containers. The range includes what Zalkin describes as the most efficient cap dust extraction system on the market, available exclusively through Zalkin. These systems sit within the broader cap handling process and ensure that caps arrive at the capping head clean and fit for purpose, reducing the risk of contamination or seal failure on the finished product.
Monoblock Solutions
Our range of monoblock machines represent compact, efficient and customisable solutions to combine an all-in-one system for rinsing, filling and capping / corking within a single unit, providing you with a cost effective and space saving option. The monoblock technology is designed to provide processing versatility for any bottle and cap format.
Miniblock
We provide the Miniblock, an innovative bottling solution designed for small wineries, incorporating rinsers, fillers and corkers / cappers. This compact, innovative and reliable solution combines ease of use with minimal maintenance, whilst maintaining product integrity during the filling process.
superbloc®
The Superbloc® is an all-in-one system that incorporates rinser, filler, corker / capper with capsular and / or labeller into a single machine. Additionally, the Superbloc® also reduces installation, startup time, downtime and changeover times. The machine also provides consistent production and increases technical / economic performance compared to a traditional line. This is a cost effective and space saving solution.
